I brought in an irreplaceable heirloom designer gown that came back looking far worse that it did when I brought it in, and I panicked. The staff was completely clueless. When the owner arrived and saw the state of the dress he insisted that the damage was done before I brought it in. When I argued he told me to leave and threw part of the dress on the floor. Finally he said he would fix it if I said that he was free from all liability. By the time the whole encounter was over I was crying.
