My service technician was Matt and he could not have been any more helpful or professional. I had a terrible backup with my sewer and the office said they probably wouldn't be able to get anyone over here until today. Matt came over and worked very hard and long to unclog the drain and it was no easy task. He never complained and he had to work very late. Can't recommend him and Roto-Rooter highly enough.

My Floor drain in my basement on the home I just purchased backup on a Sunday morning. I called this company and they had one of their employees by the name of Dan come to my home and fix it. Manuel Agulera and Chris McCarthy came out to flush the tank-less water heater and replace my kitchen faucet. They were both extremely courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely call them in the future when I need assistance with a plumbing issue.
