I just switched my auto and homeowners insurance to this office based on a recommendation from my sister. She has been with this agency for several years and is very satisfied with them. They were able to save me a significant amount of $ on my insurance and gave great customer service in my opinion.

I recently switched to Crismond Insurance Group for my auto, homeowners, and General Liability Insurance for my business and I could not have found a better place. Between my auto and homeowners insurance, they saved me over $600 per year, with the same deductibles but I acutally got more coverage!!!! They also had the best premium for my business policy too and as this is my first time owning a business, they took the time to explain all the coverages to me in a language I could understand. What I do not understand about the previous review which had nothing but complaints, is why did you switch your business to them after all you claimed happened (calling you repeatedly before you were even a customer)? They must have done something right. They were overly nice to my family and I and went above and beyond any other insurance agent I have ever met. Something smells fishy to me....

This company is absolutely by far the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. The staff was super nice and they had fantastic rates. I saved a little over $400 a year over my previous company!

After being disapointed with how annoying and unorganized this company was I soon decided to switch to another Erie agent. On top of the agravation that caused me to want to switch in the first place, this company even gave the new agent trouble when they denied ever getting my policy transfer letter. They held onto my insurance policy to where the new insurnace agent had to contact the underwritter and get them involved. They would not release my policy. Eventually the new agent got it worked out by sending them the same origignal e-mail to prove to them that she did what she needed to do to get my policy switched. The "I never got it" excuse was also given to me when I tried to cancel another policy. Just the other day I found out that the old agent (Crismond) was still trying to hold on to my renters insurance! I had to call up the new agent again to get this resolved too. They are constantly sending me e-mails about mistakes they made and continue to make. The first bad sign was when they called me over and over and over...(get the point) leaving messages asking me if I was interested, when I already called them back and told them I would come in to fill out the paper work in a few weeks, when I had a day off from work. When I was on vacation, the agent called saying I needed to give them my vehicle "vin" number. They said it had to be done that day or they could not proccess my insurance. (This was because it was the day my old insurance lapsed) When I explained I was out of town, they asked if my boyfriend could get into my car to get them the vin and turned what was, their mistake, into my "emergency", to get this vin number. This of course was not what I wanted to do my second day into vacation with family. I was in the office a week prior to all of this and thought everything was taken care of. I had already signed all of the paperwork, paid in full, and scheduled my new insurance to kick in the day my old insurance expired. As I walked out the door, all signed up for auto and homeowners insurance, they thought they would hit my wallet up again by giving me a stack of life insurance quotes. It seems to be one more thing after another with them, I think I hear from them more then my own mother! This was the most complicated insurance company I have delt with yet. I have only been with them a month and am already considering switching to another agency because they make so many mistakes, they are annoying, and they treat you like a cash cow. I would stay clear of this company!
