I wasn't really interested in getting a quote from Kessler Alair in the begginning; I just wanted to ask them some specific insurance questions that other agencies wouldn't give me because I had to "provide information for a quote first." The agent I talked to, without thinking twice, answered my questions and when he didn't know the answer found it out and got back to me asap! I was very satisfied. Finally an insurance company that isn't jerking me around.
