The only tire shop I have visited with this car was Ramona Tires for an initial alignment in August of 2015. There is no way the bolt could have been broken in that span of time.

This shop is liable for my broken bolt, they may have over tightened with impact gun that has caused the bolt to break off. The bolt was cross threaded (stripped). Instead Nader told me that the Lug Nut was broken due expansion of heat over time. I followed up the next day with Daniel, the Store manager, and have come to the conclusion that they will never have my business ever again. Daniel was rude, defensive and difficult to talk to. The worst place to get your car serviced at. Our family would love to support the local community but this tire service center is not where you want to go to. “Stay away at all cost” They are dishonest and the mechanics may not be certified or trained to work on your vehicle. They will decline responsibility of any damages.

Be careful, take the business elsewhere.

It was late on a Friday and needed brakes. Went in and figuring they would say tomorrow. Not only did they fix my brakes, they changed my oil and did a wheel alignment on the same day!! This is the best shop in Ranch Cucamonga! I am a customer for life!! Thanks Ramona tire!!
