I ordered a train set online and the interior lights flickered so I returned it. They refuse to refund money or exchange passenger train set after I spent $400 on the set and only wanted a refund on the $45 car! Unbelievable for a toy store! Claiming it was used because I tested the set out. Well how else can you see if anything electrical works unless you plug it in. Thank goodness USAA refunded my money and BBB has been notified.
