Purchased a bridesmaid dress from Sweethearts. Was persuaded to purchase a size larger then my gut instinct. We went back and forth about what size to order for a couple of weeks and I finally gave in, feeling that as the "professionals," they knew best. Sure enough, the dress is way too big on me. Tried on a fellow bridesmaid's dress that is one size smaller and even that dress is too big! I feel like they tried to get me on all of the alterations I'd need. The girl working was not sympathetic or accommodating, which was extremely frustrating since the dress was $215. I will NOT be using them for the alterations. They've gotten enough of my money.
I went to Sweethearts Bridal for my wedding dress after watching many bridal shows. I was very nervous about the whole experience, but once I got there and Rachel pulled out a few dresses for me I was much at ease. I found my dress on the FIRST visit! I later re-visited to place an order for my sash and the second employee was just as sweet and helpful! I was very pleased with the experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know!
Go to Sweethearts. After the first time browsing dresses, all the staff knew my name. With every visit they were friendly and professional. Their selection of gowns was wonderful. I had a bridesmaid with specialized needs and they worked to make sure everything was perfect. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I went to Sweethearts Bridal for my gown because I liked the uniquness that I saw. They have a wide vairety of gowns to fit every body type, every style, and every budget. I found my gown there, my bridesmaids gowns, and my mothers dress. The staff were patient with me when I took over three hours to try on over thirty dresses! They walked me through all of them, until I left with my perfect wedding gown. They never stopped trying until I found the one! I looked at other bridal shops, but they don't compare to the selection of gowns, and they excellent costomer service! Everyone should check out Sweethearts Bridal, I'm positive you'll find your dream wedding gown there!
Sweethearts was the first place that I went to look for my perfect dress. I didn't expect to find my dress on the first try. I highly recommend Sweethearts to everyone who is looking for a charming, family owned store with wonderful customer service!
I felt blessed the moment I walked in to Sweethearts. The owner and staff were so helpful and attentive, patiently working with me to find a dress for my son's wedding that I felt wonderful in. I enjoyed my shopping experience beyond words. You can't go wrong with this shop!
I had a very bad experience with this bridal salon. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding and the bride chose this salon for our dresses. The first time I went was to get measurements. The women measured me in front of the cash register in the middle of the store... No privacy! When the dress was done, I went to get fitted. The dress was all wrinkly and she told me it was $50 to get it pressed. Forget it! She told her daughter who looked like she was still in high school to put me in the changing room which could be seen into from their office. I put he dress on and she said, "it fits." in fact it did not fit! The other bridesmaids had just as much trouble with the rude manager and her daughters.
I don't believe that the reviewer can possibly be speaking about our shop for several reasons - First, Our cash register is not in the middle of the store, it is in the back against the rear wall. Second, we do not charge to press dresses purchased at our shop, ever. Third, I do not have any teenage daughters. My children are all under the age of 9. Forth, we do not have an office at all, and no rooms that can be seen from any of our fitting rooms that might be mistaken as an office. Since we have received no complaints of this nature, and with the severity of these claims, I imagine we would have heard from someone, I have to assume there is some sort of mix-up.
