They are very unprofessional and wanted to pull a tooth instead of finding what was wrong. The xray tech was diagnosing us and not the doctor. Went to our regular dentist and she just had a sinus infection. Told whitening trays would be ready on Tuesday and got there and same xray tech old me he hasn't made them yet. WHAT?? Why is xray tech making trays...run away

Can I make it MINUS 1 Star? My advice? RUN! RUN very fast and far away from this office. Not sure how the dentists are, since after my mother signed up with a dental HMO and was assigned here, her nightmare began and she never got as far as seeing a dentist. 2 1/2 hours for an exam and xrays. She waited an additional hour for the results of the xrays but eventually had to leave and phone them the next day. She is in her late 80's and cannot wait all these hours, but really who would? They are not there at 10 am, but always seem late. After waiting for weeks for a referral for a tooth extraction, she phoned the office and requested her xrays, so she could just go somewhere else. At first they said it would cost an additional $15.00 (even though she paid for them in the first place)

HOWEVER, when she phoned to confirm she was coming to get them, they refused to release them! Seriously, she never able to be treated by a dentist this entire time. We are talking MONTHS of waiting. The staff is as unprofessional as it gets. If they make minimum wage, it is far too much. Trust me when I tell you, "you do NOT need the aggravation!" "RUN!! RUN away! Do NOT go here!"
