It's always nice when your medical doctor not only compliments you on the progress you've made, but is impressed with the methodology used to attain the goal.



Cholesterol has been a health issue for me most of my adult life. The use of statin drugs was only partially beneficial. Having increased to 258 became a concern, which is why I sought alternative treatment. Dr. Koral and the wonderful staff at A Center for Holistic Health suggested I try Red Yeast Rice, manufactured by Xymogen.



Within one year and no other changes to my diet or exercise (regretfully) my Cholesterol dropped from 258 to 180. In addition, my LDL Cholesterol decreased from 166 to 90.



Lowering both my Cholesterol and LDL Cholesterol, 78 and 76 points respectively, has pleased both myself and my doctor.
