Steve has excellent customer service skills. He remembered us from the past, and got us set up and right in with ease. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities are super clean and easy to access.

Steve is one of the nicest guys you'll meet and he runs a good facility too. I don't know how he can juggle those two aspects, meeting the public and managing employees and keeping a smile on his face. Usually when somebody is this cheerful it's either he is a Christian with an abiding Faith in God's Power and Beneficence, or he went through adolescence and young adulthood with an Incontrovertably Large Penis.
I don't know about their software, though. Somehow Security Public has been swindled into hooking up with one of those Constant-Contact type companies that insists on showing off every day that they have your email address by begging for some favor. In 2022, after three decades of the Internet, We the People no longer experience this importuning as concern. Rather, it's stalking. And the bit where they offer $15 for a good review, what kind of science is that? I'll take $15 and I really do like this place, but that kind of chicanery destroys public confidence in everything.
Anyway, I am a completely satisfied repeat customer and I am sure you will be, too.
I contacted Security Public Storage three times, reserved a unit, changed to another larger unit, and then had to cancel due to a change of plans. I was treated with the highest level of professionalism and respect. I visited the location and found it exceptionally clean, safe, and comfortable. It was easy to access and secure. I can assure you that if they have the space that works for you, you will be completely satisfied.
This is an first-rate self storage facility that is both clean and readily accessible (with appropriate security). The manager, Steve, has an excellent customer service attitude and is easy to deal with in all matters. We are really pleased!

I have been renting at the SPS located in Redwood City for the past 3 months. This facility is clean, safe and secure, in a great location, with easy parking access and convenient business hours. Staff is friendly and the manager, Steve, very helpful and responsive. Super happy with the experience and highly recommend this storage to anyone.
The staff are very helpful and kind. My daughter felt very safe going to the facility on her own since it is a gated facility. I was very impressed with the personal touch and concern the staff had for our situation. I wholeheartedly recommend the Redwood City Security Public Storage!
I started coming to this place to help my family/friends move some stuff. From what I saw and what everyone said they had a pleasant experience there. I stared to rent from them in April. The staff are professional, but in a human way. Your not a name and a number to them. Very good people. The facility is nice. Big elevators, moving carts, and there’s always parking when I’m there. I wish they were open longer on Sundays. I feel like my things are secure there. Tall fences, key code to get in, cameras. Great place
We read reviews on this facility before reaching out and were impressed when compared with other facilities reviews in the area. Upon speaking with the manager Steve over the phone before going into the office, we were greatly impressed with his professionalism and honesty. This was only confirmed when we met him in the office. He is awesome!

Storage building is clean, well climate controlled and has a LARGE elevator. parking is fine and there's a loading dock if you need to unload a truck. The site has good security, and I haven't heard of any problems. The staff is friendly and professional and on top of addressing any requests. If you need a storage unit in Redwood City be sure to check them out.
