TIGI is the only place where I can find the individual bottles of L'Oreal hair dye I've used for a gazillion years at the best price I've been able to find anywhere. I live in Big Bear and the fact that they will hold the merchandise for a day so that I'm able to get down the mountain to pick it up is most appreciated. In this day and age holding merchandise for a day is almost unheard of so I'll remain a loyal customer despite the distance I have to travel.
