If I could give the A Team less than a 1 star rating it would still be more than they deserve! The A Team was promoted as being a professional moving company. I contracted them to move a 70+ year old mahogany dining room set from Texas to Georgia. What I experienced was the complete opposite of a professional moving company. The movers set the padding on the wet ground and proceeded to wrap the furniture with them. If this wasn’t careless enough, they actually climbed on the furniture while loading it into the truck. The dining room set remained in the wet padding for two weeks prior to being delivered by Armstrong movers. As the padding was removed, every piece sustained water damage, mildew was present, four pieces were broken and several deep gouges were inflicted. It takes extreme carelessness to break table legs and chair arms completely off! It took over four months to process our claim and I was only offered $90 in compensation for a dining room set that was COMPLETELY RUINED and due to the mold, should have never been inside my house. If $90 wasn’t insulting enough, they had the audacity to tell me that if I accepted this money then I could never post or report any negative comments against this company. The A Team told us in writing that "if you wanted professional care for your furniture, you should have paid for the replacement coverage". I thought that the $1,000 moving fee was for professional services but I was wrong. It cost thousands of dollars to repair the damage caused by their negligence. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS BECAUSE THEY HAVE CLEARLY ADMITTED THAT THEY DON’T!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Hired A Team Moving & Storage to move my son from Dallas to LA. TV and several boxes of household items were lost, furniture was damaged, driver refused to reassemble all furniture as per the contract, and my signature was forged on the Credit Card Authorization Form.

Absolutely horrible! Moved from out of state. Trashed my furniture. Didn't deliver on day promised because they told me the delivery driver was "passed out". The worst communication I have ever received from a company.
