Mr. Hughey believed that in starting his own practice, he could fully realize his passion for helping people. In 1993, along with his wife Robin Hughey, the couple founded Hughey and Hughey. The firms dedication to their clients, their families and their problems are ones in which they become personally invested while working on a case. Hughey and Hughey practices in the following counties: Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Tarrant, and Rockwall. The firm prides themselves on being dedicated, affordable and knowledgeable. David S. Hughey primarily focuses his practice on family law and personal injury. His wife, Robin Hughey specializes in estate planning and probate. Their oldest daughter, Elizabeth Lamb, is a member of their firm now and primarily practices Personal Injury. The Hughey family operates their main office in Richardson, Texas with a satellite office in Allen, Texas. They provide free 30-minute consultations.
