I asked these guys for a quote based on the previous reviews and I have to agree completely! The crew was very professional and Bob obviously knows plumbing inside & out. They did a shower pan install for me which included moving the drain location to match the pan I bought (this was in a 2nd floor bathroom) and then installing two new valves and showerhead piping, one for a regular shower head and one for a rainhead. The piping was leak free and everything was tested thoughly before leaving. They even vac'd the carpet...it's like they were never even here.Couldn't be happier! Thanks for a job VERY well done.Will recommend to anyone needing an honest & skilled plumber.

Had a new Refrigerated Air System Installed in my Home in May and these guys were truly professionals, They walked me through the whole process, and made sure I knew how to use the system before they left. Its amazing how much of a difference there is between my old swamp cooler and this refrigerated air I can actually enjoy being in my house.

Although I am only a tenat where they installed a infloor heating unit, I have only bad things to say.First we were told the haetingunit was installed incorrectly. Our problem.Then we were told the thermostats were on the wrong walls. Our fault .Then there is no trap door for the haeting system. Again our fault.Amazingly, we didn't even live here when the workwas done, probably our fault , toThe person I talked to once hung up on me when I complained about the $500 heating bill inNM for a 1000 square foot house. He thoght it was reasonable. He must live in a cubby holesomewhere or Ecipse charges so much that they can pay triple the wages for employees.Last and not least, they actually were supposed to come out to fix things a week and a half ago.Thier search party has been unableto find the repairmanso far , nor have they been curteous enogh to call us to say they wouldn't be out or when they would be. We waited around all day a week and a half ago and they have our phone and email , s
