Tom Fish has been a licensed Insurance Agent since 1969. Tom is licensed in the State of IL. Tom initially started his own agency which he built in the Springfield area. He sold that agency due to medical reasons. Once his medical problems were resolved, Tom joined the Schulenburg Insurance Agency rebuilding his business and became the biggest producer within the Schulenburg Agency. Although Tom was the top producer and built a book of business, Tom was limited on the companies that he could write business with. Tom solved this problem by developing contracts with other insurance companies that were not a part of the Schulenburg Agency and built a separate business as Fish Insurance Agency. Tom retained Fish Insurance Agency throughout this time frame and built an agency that could take care of any and all insurance needs of his customers. Tom moved Fish Insurance Agency to Riverton, IL and is focusing his efforts on building an insurance business that will service the Northeast Sangamon County area. Tom was a member of the IL Air National Guard and retired as a Master Sergeant after 23 years of service. Tom is active in the community where he serves as a Trustee of Riverton Fraternal Order of Eagles. Joe Bartley has been a licensed Insurance Agent since 2006. Joe is licensed in the State of IL. Joe initially started his insurance business with Farmers Insurance before he joined forces with Tom at the Schulenburg Insurance Agency. Joe has quickly built a business and proved his capability to meet with clients, analyse their insurance needs, and provide the customer with the best value for their insurance dollar. Joe became the other top producer within the Schulenburg Agency. When Fish Insurance Agency moved to to Riverton IL, Joe moved with the agency and became an active member of the agency. Joe was a member of the IL Army National Guard and Army Reserve and retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 27 years of service. Joe is active in the community where he is a member of several organizations and serves on various boards.
