My brother took his old Jeep here for a tire replacement, they found that the wheel bearing was coming apart and replaced it then and there, staying 2 hours past closing-time to do the job. Very pleased with their gumption.
This is my go-to place for used tires, mostly because of price and a wide selection. I caution the inexperienced non-carguy though, as the tires range from like-new to old and almost worn-out, sometimes with imperfections. I got 2 excellent tires for my Audi for $25 each. Stellar deal! You need to know your stuff and thoroughly inspect tires prior to purchase, as I found some with dry-rot cracks and other imperfections. They offered to install tires for $10 each, which is cheapest around. Great shop to keep your old beater on the road for cheap. (Not recommended for the folks that desire the white-glove touch.)

El Cuscatleco is a horrible place to go. they ruined my car. they put 4 different tired on my car with 4 different treads,they put tires on my car that were more than 10 years old, and one of them was dry rotted. they are not careful with your car when they are putting the tires on or balancing them, they ended up cracking one of my breaks and damaging my car severely, they refuse to fix my car or give me my money back.i've had to take it to another mechanic shop to get new tires and get everything else fixed! DO NOT GO HERE
