Best attorney I can honestly say by far!!! August 9th 2019 completely changed my life forever I went through a rough time with a crazy social services case that my ex and his mother brewed up to keep my ex from paying child support social services took my child and gave him to the paternal grandmother died to false allegations made against me. I had an awful attorney at the time fired her and hired Mr. McGraw and when I say as soon as I hired him he made things happen and QUICKLY! He is one of the most upstanding, credible and competent lawyers the Roanoke Valley and Virginia have to offer. His reputation is sound and his work ethic on your behalf is unquestionably unheard of. In the mid to late part of 2019, I found myself in some very difficult situations that I could never dream of being involved with. Due to the fact that I would never anticipate a protection order, divorce and criminal charges all hitting me at once, not only was I unprepared and overwhelmed, I have no plan or solutions to my situation. Pat McGraw walked me through every step of the way and provided me the council and correct information with top notch legal advice that helped me to regain my life back.

I originally hired Mr. McGraw for a divorce with custody and property and support. Unfortunately the case exploded into multiple protective orders, false allegations of domestic violence, and what seemed like never ending other issues. Mr. McGraw handled each and every one of them with complete professionalism and courtesy, and yes, as he says, with compassion. He was always available, although he would not always return phone calls right away, or even the next day, he always would return phone calls, and although I understood he was busy with other clients, he would always make time to deal with my issues, both over the phone, and was willing to meet in person in his office as often as necessary. He always made sure I was completely prepared for every court date (there were many) and that I understood everything. He was also always very prepared and organized and was very persistent in court. The outcomes of each case exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend him to all.
