Stay away. After listing out what needed to be done and getting an estimate, the cleaner does not complete the job and complains about the work. Leaves midway without completing the job. The worst customer service to go with the bad work ethic. Would recommend going with a more established and REPUTABLE cleaning service.

I used this place for maid service. After being rescheduled twice due to cleaners being ill, the maid did a horrible job. She left a list of task accomplished in which she did only half. I paid but expressed my dissatisfaction and was sent another person. The person did a better job but before the third visit also needed to be rescheduled twice (they lost my key and later her car broke down). On the third visit when I tried to use my coupon the owner refused it claiming that because he had to pay for two initial cleanings he would not honor it. Unbelievable! I am supposed to for the fact that his employee did a poor job on the initial visit. I was quite patient with this company and I have never had trouble with any other company prior or since. I would not recommend this place to clean my dog house. I agree with the prior review. Very unprofessional.

They start out cleaning pretty well. After the first time you will notice that nothing has been moved; you will find crumbs under the toaster, nothing will be dusted, the surfaces in plain sight will be cleaned but that's it. On the fourth cleaning the air smelled like air freshener, but they did not vacuum, clean the kitchen and dining room floors, the kitchen sink, nothing. I had cleaned the house recently and they were hoping I wouldn't notice. They robbed me of ninety dollars. Do not trust these people in your home!
