      My experience purchasing a used boat from River Valley Power & Sport Rochester. My issues with this dealership are many. 1) Marketing vehicles with estimated hours as factual hours. 2) RVP&S does not respond to inquiries from its own web site in a timely manner. 3) The salesperson is not educated in what he is selling. 4) The salesperson guessing or making things up instead finding facts. 5) The salesperson did not act properly on voice mail & emails. 6) The closer not calling me back like he said he would. 7) Management not acting on emails or making sure their employees are acting on voice mail & emails. 8) Marking up license fees. I feel this is a common practice for RVP&S. They probably get away with it more often than not. After the general manager read the review, he told me they would have refunded the over payment on the license fees if I had not caught it prior to closing the deal.
