A fantastic experience! Hands down a “10”. I really can’t say enough about the entire experience I had with Paul and the Gem Lab in creating my custom ring. From start to finish Paul worked patiently, creating a wedding ring that was Absolutely perfect! He takes such pride in his business that his father and grandfather created. I couldn’t be more pleased and that’s a hard task to accomplish! I have a lot of jewelry and have purchased at a variety of places. I only wish I had found the gem lab years ago. Thank you for making the vision of my dream ring become true.

I came here for an engagement ring for my fiance after my father told me to check them out. From the moment I walked into their store, I was greeted with respect, honesty and support. They not only answered my questions, but they also helped me understand the reasoning behind everything involved in the ring-making process. I worked with Paul, and he certainly knows his stuff. As it is a family-owned and operated business, I presume the rest of the staff are of the highest standard as well. Price may be on the higher end, but their quality is worth its weight in gold.
