Bi-Lo Store on E. Main St Rock Hill S.C Allows Food stamp recipients to purchase Lobster, Shrimp (cooked or raw) and Crab legs after they have been steamed and seasoned in the Seafood/Meat market. I will shop at the new Publix's, as they follow the rules.

I plan on getting in touch with the corporate office of this store. I am a,single mother with three children. Bilo and it's bonus points have helped me in the past with deals on gas as I am already going to purchase groceries...however, I have finally had enough of the terrible customer service from the stores managers. I had trouble with my card and of course my cell was outside so the maanger offered for me,to use the store phone, I let them know two different times that I couldn't get out on the line but I thought I knew what the problem was if I could just get some help using phone...anyway, I ended up with no assistance and tired kids, after 20 minutes of humiliation and stress, I left and bonus points or not, I AM DONE with the high prices and terrible management skills of bilo on east main street. I average 800 in groceries a month. I know they will continue to have way more revenue and customers than me but I will be taking my children and money somewhere else. I must add I had a shopping cart full of groceries that I had been trying to purchase. I had spent about an 1 and a half in the store with 3 children...now I will have to reshop for groceries but it will not,be there
