Fetch The Duck Dog Training is a sporting dog/full gun dog training facility owned and operated by master dog trainer, Lanny Dean. Lanny has been training dogs for many years. We offer full boarding and true one on one dog training as well as duck/waterfowl dog training with TOTAL POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT. We also offer training in your home and offer a free consultation. Our in home training course is for those that may not feel comfortable with leaving their pets at a boarding facility. However, we can assure you that your sporting dog will be very well taken care of during the training process. Our food and diet systems are high quality Purina brand food only with no fillers added. Our current training session for each dog is roughly two - three hours per day in sets of 15-20 minutes per session. We build our training sessions on 7 core skills: Obedience, Steadiness/honoring, Delivery To Hand, Lining and Memories, Handling, hunting Cover and finally Marking.
