I moved to Sacramento recently from Washington State. I was attracted to the Midtown area but had to down-size my housing situation. 21st & R is the perfect alternative to my storage needs. It is all indoors. My perception is that the place is very well run. The people who work there all provided me with great service. It is very clean and even has cameras.
