Only giving 1 star because I don't have an option to give none. Terrible customer phone service - transferred to someone out of the country who barely spoke English and didn't know the difference between credit and balance which resulted in an $80 difference to add less than 10 hours to my rental agreement. Had no options for my car unless I wanted to upgrade and was already paying $48/day for a Elantra. Total rip off and terrible service.
