Smog tech flunked my clean running older car because it was too dirty to check timing? He spent nearly a hour while 7 cars were backed up and couldn't take 2 minutes to clean timing area. No wonder these guys do not give free retests! It is costing me a lot of extra money and hassle because the tech was a d==k.I would not let these guys put air in my tires, my bicycle tires!!!
