I had used New World on many occasions for laundry service of my husbands shirts and dry cleaning... However, our last visit we took in a large comforter for cleaning, they took it and gave us a tag. When we got it home and went to put it on our bed we noticed that there was a lot of lint and it was terribly wrinkled and there were spots of soap (?) residue on the top side AND to make matters worse it had been damaged ... the inside filling had melted to the fabric!!! Needless to say we went to took it back to try and recover our costs as it was not damaged to begin with and the customer service was horrible, they lied, they blamed and they denied returning our money (52.00). We lost trust and no longer value their services and WILL NEVER USE NOR RECCOMMEND THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE... EVER

Horrible cleaners. Rude, disrespectful, and extremely poor at dry cleaning. My clothing smelled of chemicals and I complained. They said they didn't want my business after that, rather than apologizing and trying to correct the problem. I strongly recommend that you avoid this business at any cost.

If you are looking for cleaners that get the pickup day incorrect, blame you, and have no interest in even acknowledging let alone an offer of apology, then you have found the right cleaners. Dropped off two suits on Tuesday for same day service and told it wouldn't be ready for pickup until Wednesday. Told me my wife told them the wrong day, but my wife knew I flew the next day. Mistakes happen but the lack of caring in any way wasn't worth it. Good news about 4 other cleaners all within a mile; maybe someone else will want to win some business.

Probably the highest priced cleaner in town--$6.75 for a pair of pants!!!??-- This is the location of a long-time establishment, formerly known as "Newbold Cleaners," which had much better prices and service. The current people are just pirates--no stars deserved!
