Went there back in December to have our tires rotated. We were really happy with the service. Last night we got a flat and they tightened the lugnut on too tight and now its stripped. We called to ask them for help and the guy my husband spoke to was told we absolutely could not drive it to them because the tire was completely flat. So he gave him his cell phone number, told him to send him pictures and our home address so he knew what tools to bring. An hour goes by and we call them again because we have to go to work and we were instantly given attitude and him saying he never said anything about coming over even though we had just text the number he gave us. He was very rude, swore at my husband and hung up. I tried to call back and talk to him like a person and 2 different people got on the phone to yell at me, talk over me, and swear at me when I was just trying to have an actual conversation with this guy to try and diffuse the issue and get some answers. Yes, I swore back but what do you expect when you cant even get a word out and you're being sworn at like a piece of crap? I just wanted them to fix the problem they caused. You guys were completely rude and disrespectful to someone who was just trying to get my tire fixed so I could get to work and feed my kids. I'll be sure to spread the word that if you want to be treated like trash this is the place to go.

I have never seen customer service as bad as these people! Rude and unprofessional does does not even come close to describing this business! I would not trust them to do any work on my car even if my life depended on it! STAY AWAY!!!

If you want to be ripped off and lied to, then this is the shop for you. I only wish I could have given less than one star.

Very good prices and service. I have used a lot of little shops like this (vs big chains that charge for air and valve caps) for tires and rims the past 30 years. Bought two tires and alignment, very good prices and service.

I priced out tires around Sacramento for my son's (older) car. It seemed all the major stores had similar prices, around $370 to $425 for the lowest priced ones. What happened to getting semi-decent tires for a couple hundred bucks??? Luckily I found this store on Craigslist. Called them and reviewed, then visited and bought tires. Friendly service, fast, decent store and waiting room. They gave me a great price for 4 tires, $100 below what I could get elsewhere. I knew what I wanted, asked the right questions, got straight answers, and it was fast and easy. MB

So i call this place 03/02/12 and i need to get 4 new tires on my 2007 Nissan Versa I found them thru online and said if you mention Internet Shopper you will receive a 10% discount. so i call them and the guy tells me it will cost me 320.00 and that included everything except tax.at the end of the phone call after i had asked hours and availability I then mention the coupon of 10% off, he says he will take 40 bucks off or so. since i had called around i thought was a good deal, so i then call once more and double check the 320 price for Everything. I get to the store at 5:00 and he helped me right away he mentions something about 40 bucks off or a free something. so my partner and I go across the street and eat dinner and we go back to pay for the job, when the guy writes the invoice he was on the phone the entire time seemed like non business but o well. i see my total as 367.00 with tax, i ask him that this is not right with 10% off he says yes he threw something in for free that th

Ali has the best prices in sacramento for my custom wheel and tire obsessesion. I have bought 5 sets of wheels and tires from Ali. I always shop ebay, craiglist, etc...but he always has the best prices. He has cold drinks while you wait and is a pretty cool guy also.
