The “practice manager” (read: woman who married the owner) went out of her way to notify former employees when I unfortunately had to euthanize my cat. Highly unprofessional. This is my loss, and my loss alone. It should be up to me who I tell and how they are told. The wife of the owner should not take it upon herself to decide who gets medical information about my pets. Ít should be my choice, and only my choice, who receives medical details about my pet.
