      not someone that you can count on......very unhelpful

      the business was very unhelpful. when calling about a human resources issue about a company they are very unwilling to help the people. they have no regard for the employees who work for them. i personally think that something should be done about their unwillingness to help others.

      A PEO relationship offers clients back-office, human resources support in five core areas. Our clients prosper from our service benefits:Payroll Administration, Employee Benefits Support, Risk Control and Workers' Compensation Insurance, Business Insurance Management, Human Resources Consulting. This support is provided through a co-employment relationship. Under this arrangement, worksite employees become, for certain purposes, employees of both the client as well as MBA. The client retains sufficient control of all daily employee activities while MBA is designated as the employer of record for tax paying and workers' compensation insurance purposes. In this relationship, wages and payroll related taxes are reported and paid under MBA's federal ID number.
