Long time customer but very poor experience tonight (11-25) 55 minutes from order 'till served. Quality was very poor for three of the meals. Shrimp & scallop combo- schrimp overdone, scallops underdone. Clams- Clams were good but vegetables mushy and presentation was poor (upside down cup routine). Cheeseburger was actually charred. Cheeseburger was served a good 10 min ahead of other meals, a good attempt by server to take care of 5 year old. There appeared to be problems in the kitchen.
