this is the worst bumper repair faciity anywhere I am having my bumber redone somewhere else, I guess I should go there and take some pictures really quick so you can see how bad his work is, horrible painter his address isnt the one listed he is really in an ally in the hood and all I could hear them talking about was crystal meth which would really expalin why the work was so bad but he never even installed my bumper warning warning this guy is a scamDo not be fooled by these fake reviews I will add the pictures and I have several witnesses I am expecting him to lose his iicense but we will see after the state does its investigation. What a horrific nightgmare!
I had called in advance and spoke to John who quoted me $200 to paint and install the new bumper that I had. That price became $275 When I arrived there but I relally needed it at this point so I agreed. he mentioned the wires that are installed into the bumper, I told him I had a Saab specialist doing that. He insisted that he was more than capable of doing the wiring and that he had done many of this type of cars, he said it would be $100 more for the wiring. He noticed the brake pads in my trunk and insisted he could install those as well for another $100. He charged me a total of $555 total. All had to be cash
To make a long story short, after two months he still had not completed the work, but he did cost me about $1000 more in damages to my car. Here is a list of what he did;
1.He forgot to put the lug nut stems back on to the wheel risking the life of my wife and 5 year old son. He damanged the wheel and cost me money for new lug stems
2. He stole the front license plate for my car
This ordeal went on from October 2014 to January 2015
3 He damaged the hoses that go to the Bumper replacement
4. He damaged the wiring, fuse box and several controls due to setting it on fire
5. He damaged the head light which no longer works
6. I had to have it towed twiice due to his falthy repairs
7. He painted the bumper the wrong color, after complaining he repainted it with bubbles and marks all over it
8. He kept many of the original parts to the car as the bumper is missing many parts
9. He threatened to have me killed with his ak-47
10. He broke the gear shifter
