Very nice facility, caring employees, and Dr. Cress was so down to earth and honest with her assessment of my dog. I felt like she really cared.

We love the Small Animal Care Center. We adopted our dog Wally last October. He got a foxtail stuck in his neck that required surgery. This office was very friendly, clean and professional. This is the first veterinary office where I haven't had any one of my dogs "put on the brakes" as soon as I walk them to the door!! I would definitely recommend the Small Animal Care Center.

It's hard to find a vet you can trust with your pet and today I think I found one . They were very gentle with my cat and got straight to the point they told me what was wrong with her right away,at a very reasonable price for the meds, I will definatly be going back there again.

I almost lost him a few months ago to conjestive heart failure and when I called this place to my astonishment, they were open late and willing to take in my cat IMMEDIATELY! I wasn't charged bogus fees, or emergency fees of any kind. They were the most helpful people and sensitive people I have EVER encountered! They walked me through each step of Tigger's procedures, explaining in depth every move they made and each test they took. I never once felt taken advantage of or treated like a number instead of a person. They SAVED MY CATS LIFE and didn't charge me an arm and leg to do so. They made me feel at ease and that I could trust them every step of the way through this horrific process. Thank you so much Small Animal Care Center! You and your staff and your doctors are amazing.

I brought my dog Minnie to Small Animal Care Center because she was older and couldn't move around like she used to. She was completely unable to jump up on our couch and didn't run around anymore. I thought it was time to put her down which was heartbreaking. She has been apart of our lives since she was 6 years old. Needless to say, Dr. Joy and her staff gave my dog a shot that brought her back to life! This dog has done nothing but run, jump, chase balls, and act like she is a puppy again! They are completely affordable, local, friendly, and my pets LOVE them! Thank you so much for giving us 6 additional years with our dog, which might I add, is STILL alive!

FINALLY - a vet that got it right! My poor dog had chronic ear problems and had been on & off antibiotics for years. I had been to 3 other vets before Dr Thayer & Dr Cress diagnosed & treated the problem. My dog is happy, healthy and has so much energy & wants to play again. Thank you, thank you, a million times thank you!!!

Very friendly, professional, helpful staff! I found their service and pricing to be what I was paying at my last vet, who took no interest in my pets, did the job, and didn't really care. Most of the time his tech was taking care of my dogs. They make you feel like family the minute you walk in the door!
