I moved from AAA to Farmers to consolidate several policies and to save some money. I brought Al 9 policies ( rentals,home owners, auto) that needed to be set up. While working with Al I noticed he became easily irritated and at times quick tempered. I tried to move my policies to another agent in the office but Al wouldn't allow that and still had to be involved with my policies. I couldn't imagine in the future having to file a claim and having him blow up. Al's people skills need a lot of work if he wants to work with the public. I lasted about 3 weeks with Al's agency before I had enough and move to another insurance company where I found someone easy to work with and is actually less expensive than Farmers.
