Horrible service.
1st visit I was asked to pronounce my name and once I did I was asked am I sure bc of the spelling!
Was tricked into their phony membership. My fill appt was asked to be rescheduled to an early day. Upon arrival of that appt the power was out and I wasn’t notified until coming in. I canceled my membership although I was already debited the $50 for that months fee. When I asked for a refund I was instead offered a free additional fill service.
However, when going to get a fill at another salon I was informed so much glue was used my lashes were stuck together. I was unable to get a fill bc couldn’t even separate the lashes without damage to my natural lash. I called to notify the manager/owner Robin and of course she didn’t offer a refund of the $50. Just stated she would talk to the person that did the service. Basically out $50 bc never got a fill there and will never return for services again!
