      I called another personal injury attorney and no one called me back in abouta week. I needed some advice so I called Craig Swapp & Assoc. They immediately called me back, and sent an investigator to my home even though I live approximately 130 miles from their office. He took pictures of my car and myself, took my statement, and told me I have a lawyer on the spot. I have been in therapy, but a legal assistant calls me regularly to find about my progress. They haven't discussed a settlement with me, but I feel it will be to the best of their abilities. I feel very comfortable knowing I can call them at any time, and get a timely response. llg
