We are very disappointed with Regal Cleaners. They lost our items and have taken months to respond with any reimbursement. The owner and the employees do not return phone calls about our inquiries and their motivation to rectify and reimburse our lost items is at an all time low. We will not be giving our business to Regal Cleaners any more and we are sorry that we had such a difficult experience with the establishment.

This is the second dry cleaners we have used in Santa Barbara using the axxess card. For the same amount of clothing we were charged $67 at the first. This dry cleaners charged us $99. Way too expensive. We will not be back and recommend you go elsewhere as well.

We have been using Regal Cleaners for a long time. Integrity is the word that comes to mind. There have serveral instances where I have left cash, phones, jewlery and other items in pockets. They have always found them and put them aside for me or phoned to let me know they have the items I left in my pockets. One time I recall I left over $100 in a pnats pocket. So not only do they never loose anything they find things you had no intention of leaving.

I took 3 articles here to be dry cleaned. They all had issues, including ruined banana republic dress shirt! Also stitching fell off my wifes dress, and stains magicallly appeared on her jacket. All three items had been ruined.
