I have never worked with more accomodating people. We met Jason Deshon at Santa Fe Springs. We were really comfortable with him so we started the process. He was not at all pushy, but had a genuine concern for what we were doing. The guy moved mountains for us! These guys stayed after their shifts etc. to ensure everything went well. Behind the scene we had Olivia in service and Tory working the $$$. Besides being amazing in their customer service, we got a really good deal on the trailer as well. I would recommend the Santa Fe Springs location of Mike Thompson and these 2 sales people to anyone. They really really did an Excellent job and worked great together as a team to make this happen for us.

I will never use Mike Thompson again after having a major $7500. repair done. The repair was done in under 30 days, but it took over 4 months of taking it back and leaving it for a week at a time to get the slide out to close properly, the refrigerator from leaking carbon monoxide gas from leaking into living area, fold out couch to open with out hitting cabinets, interior trim remounted very poorly, and the list goes on. There technicians do not take any pride in there work.

I agree with previous poster. I took my RV in to have a problem evaluated. They wanted over 600 to fix that problem so I passed on the service. That is not the issue though. Since it was going to be there, I asked them to check the tire pressures, give me an estimate to replace the awning fabric, and give me an estimate to install tank heaters. When I picked the RV up, I found out that I was charged $50 to check the air in my tires and they did not even tell me what the pressures were at...just said that they filled them. They charged me $12 for an estimate for the awning fix, although they only verbally gave me an estimate, they did not put anything in writing. Same thing for the tank heaters which they charged $15 for a non written estimate. Basically I feel very scammed and am grateful I did not have serious work for them to gouge me on. I wont be back. Also they are very difficult to get ahold of on the phone. I will keep looking for someone else to get service from in the future. And I will go to camping world for estimates in the future.
