I signed up for their "same day laundry pick and delivery service" they picked up my laundry as scheduled, charged my credit card $300,(UNSCHEDULED) then called me to say " they cannot find me in the computer so its not protocol to do my laundry."



At the end of the day I have a $300 charge to my credit Card and no laundry!!!!



IF YOU WANT YOUR CLOTHS BACK AND DON'T WANT BOGUS $300 CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD THEN I DON'T RECOMMEND USING THEM.

In every way - you can click on the website and schedule a pick up and delivery. They come and take away all of your laundry - I use it for the big stuff - and bring it back later the same day.

This coinless laundromat is fantastic! The front-loading washers are top-notch. Each machine offers options to wash longer or extract longer. It's so much easier to use a card rather than fish through a ziploc bag of coins. It's clean and the staff there are always there wiping up spilled detergent, bleach, etc from top of machines. When it's really busy, you may have to squeeze in between other people to get to machines. I love this place!!
