      Veneklasen Associates, founded in 1947, is one of the largest companies in the western United States. It provides a range of acoustical, audiovisual and information transport systems. The company also offers environmental noise and vibration consulting services. Veneklasen Associates has undertaken projects for civic landmarks, public safety facilities, hotels, resorts, casinos, condominiums, museums and cultural centers. In addition, it has vibration measurement analysis equipment, sound level meters, noise monitors, logging devices and field computers. The company operates a division, Western Electro-Acoustic Laboratory, which is accredited by the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Veneklasen Associates has undertaken projects for Pacific Video, Avalon Hotel, Ma Maison Sofitel, San Ysidro Ranch, Artisan Entertainment and Columbia Pictures.
