This woman stole from, and physically threatened my sister. Her husband physically threatened my sister's fiancé. We've never met these people before. They threaten perfect strangers, for complaining or posting a bad Yelp review.

She took our deposit, missed appointments under the excuse that they were NOT on HER schedule, failed to communicate for weeks, and when she has contacted us, she literally said to "come to my house and fight me."

Why? My sister told Jess that she's an ass for keeping their deposit and not doing her job...

"...you think you're so tough? come to my house and fight me!...",

"If you keep running your mouth, you'll be drinking through a straw at your wedding. I know some 'not so nice' people..."
We contacted the police, and the police have already gone to see Jess and her husband.

Jess and her husband are dangerous, violent, deceitful, unprofessional people. We literally starting getting text messages from them the MOMENT we starting posting bad reviews.
