One of the worst days in my life with the Vet's at Angel Vet and I was so impressed. I live in Iowa and my son lives in Saint Joseph, MO.. My son called and said his dog is very sick...so he takes him to Angel Vets and find out that his spleen and kidneys are gone with a giant mass of cancer in his stomach. They were great and understood my son needed time. They gave our dog a couple shots and sent him home with medications. They answered the phone with our questions when our dog was not eating and lack of bowel movements...and they were the most respectful, kind and caring vet I have experienced in my lifetime on the day we had to end his life and I have had many animals in my lifetime. I have 6 dogs and Angel's makes it affordable! The staff is caring and they really look out for the health of our dogs. We pay thousands less for the same care here then we were paying at our previous vet. Saving money is great, but after the way they handled my 11 year old "baby girl" I knew I'd never go anywhere else. We saw 3 vets before them in a series of 6 appointments for a urinary tract infection that wouldn't go away. We kept being given a stronger antibiotic and being sent home. By the time we saw Angel's my unbelievably adored girl was really suffering. They said it was more than an infection and did an X-ray. She had a bladder stone the size of a tangerine. To really know how huge that is you'd have to know that my dog only weighs 13 lbs. This dog means the world to me and I was beyond worried. They answered my extensive list of questions, reassured me, explained everything in great detail, and even called during the surgery to let me know she was ok. They also called right after the surgery and let me sit with her while she woke up from anesthesia. They were amazing. Couldn't have asked for better care for her. I have seen multiple vets and I've left many simply because I wasn't confident they would care for my dogs in the way I wanted. These people go above and beyond. They understand the love you have for your pets.

Don't go anywhere else other than Angels, they have people that care and the lowest animal care for miles. Without them we would not have been able to afford to have our dog's kidney stones removed. Thank you so much to who ever started Angels, your name says it all!

Great caring vets at reasonable prices! Walk-in only but worth any wait.
