Terrible!! Don't waste your time! Went in for a deluxe pedi and mani. Receptionist said there was no wait and got my water started. Sat with my feet in water for over 70 min and it was ice cold by the time she got to me. She cut my toenails so short they started to bleed. Then she said she didn't have time for the deluxe pedi and had to do the express. There were three people working and 9 people waiting. My mani looked awful, even my clueless hubby said it looked awful. Bumpy and didn't even paint to the edge of my nail. Never go there!!!!!

This salon is nice, i've been here many times. The atmosphere is very friendly. The first thing you'll notice is how incredibly clean it is. And the best part, they have refreshments that you arent charged $5 for. When i didnt have my "files" they gave me brand new ones, how awesome is that. My mom comes here, and she is a "clean freak" we both love it. Oh and everyone speaks english! I always feel welcome here, even if im not there for service. Great salon. Dont bother with the "schenectady salons" this one puts them all to shame. I have been to them all, TU nails, more like PeeYoo Nails. Nail Perfect is def not "perfect", its so dirty. Do yourself a favor and just try this salon, you'll love it. I did.
