      Great BBQ for "Just a gas station ". Great service, fast, friendly, polite and they all have a smile. They have gas and a Full service carwash, with standard gas station fair (drinks, snacks, gifts and such). But the BBQ is just AMAZING! They have brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked sausage and a FULL BBQ Sauce bar. The BBQ sauce bar is full of a variety of their homemade sauces. Lots of seating inside and out with a pet friendly patio. It's a great place to fill your tank and your belly and clean your car too.

      Locally owned and operated, our Award-Winning BBQ Bistro and Car Wash are worth the trip. We make the ordinary - extraordinary! The common question - "Tell me how this all came to be?" It all started with the vision of Kipp - owner of The Thumb. Every day on his travels, either taking the kids to school or just doing daily tasks, Kipp passed by this vacant gas station here on Bell Road in Scottsdale. The idea - serve World Class BBQ in a gas station, and with a full-service car wash to boot...really?? Everyone thought he was crazy. You'd hear - "It'll never work," or "Great idea, but not here in Scottsdale." After some creative thinking, Kipp was up for the challenge of creating something truly "One-of-a-Kind." Well, he did just that, and the rest is history! Guy Fieri from Diners Drive-Ins and Dives calls us the "Funky Gas Station dishin' out da' bomb brisket!"
