You won't find better people or service anywhere else. The person that wrote that ugly review is attempting to damage the business because they were formerly with that business and are no longer there for doing the very things that they mentioned. This place has only the highest standards of care. It's obvious that they were never a client and are just trying to be hurtful because they were kicked out for doing a bad job. The ppl that work there are dedicated, caring, and professional. The owner has devoted 30 years of her life to caring pets for and educating the clients on how to take the best possible care of there four legged family members :)
