Their customer service was outstanding. Had an issue with a purchase the week before Christmas and explained my experience with the item. Shannon worked with me to resolve the issue in a understanding, professional, and timely manner. I'm a customer for life, I just moved to the area from out of state and was very impressed by their friendly customer oriented attitude. I would recommend them to anyone without question.

I bought a lawn mower, Toro, and the first time I used it, it leaked gas all over the machine. Took it back a they fixed it, problem was it did the same thing. Took machine back again and was told today it was fixed. Both times, they have been very courteous and have been very helpful. Am going to pick up the mower and will keep my fingers crossed. More when I get lawn mower home and mow the lawn.

I recently bought a shotgun and a hunting bow from Shannon at Warrior Pawn and was surprised at the great deal I was given on everything. first time buying at shop and i had to return tool for being defective. the employees were very helpful on exchanging item for another tool worth the same value. i already knew that a store credit would be given but i had no idea how easy and quickly they assisted me on getting something else. the tool i picked up the second time works perfectly. very satisfied. will be my new place for great items at a lower price

I have been in many times to warrior pawn and everytime they are also friendly welcome me when I walk in, always busy and give the best prices. They have the best prices on guns in town! They have a jewelry gun right in the store that shows if its gold silver etc...and how much of it...Shannon also made the place look 10x better, rather than the old bowling alley. They sell pawn and buy anything I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
