I was pleasantly surprised that trips to the dentist could make me feel so at ease. I was greeted at the front desk from the first visit by an extremely knowledgeable office manager,wendi,who took my insurance information and showed me how to get the most from my dental insurance and what my patient portions would be. I was also advised I could get 0% financing to help pay for my treatment. The doctor was very easy going and made me feel I was at the right place. He explained exactly what I needed done to fix my mouth up after years of avoiding the dentist and let me know what I needed to take care of right away and what I could put off. The dentist took photos of my teeth to show what was wrong with them and then showed me some photos from what he called his brag book which showed other patients' before and after photos. This made me feel confident that the dentist knew his stuff. My mouth now feels better than it has for years and I just wanted to share my positive experience with others.
