I cannot say enough good things about this business' automotive shop! I started going there because it was close to work, but I have continued to go there because of their customer care. We have had a heck of a year with car problems in 2 vehicles and these guys (Damien and Chris) have taken care of us the whole way. When we needed parts, they would find the best deal for the cheapest cost. When we needed a service they couldn't provide, they gave us names of reputable shops that they deal with regularly, and when we finally decided to buy a used vehicle, they gladly inspected the vehicles we brought in and gave us their honest opinion about the vehicle's condition and also the dealership in which we were considering.



The only "complaint" I may have (and it's not really a complaint!) is that they have a tendency to forget to call me about my car's condition but are always accommodating when I call them for an update. Considering all the other customer service I receive, I don't consider that an issue at all!



They are, above all, focused on the needs of the customer and not the needs of their business. They are, undoubtedly, the best mechanics I have come across and I will follow them anywhere! They get my complete confidence and I would recommend them to anyone looking for an automotive shop.

My wife and 2 young children traveled to Sioux Falls over the weekend. Saturday morning my car began misfiring and the check engine light was flashing at me. After several failed attempts to get a dealership to help, a local friend recommended Campbell's Auto. We pulled up to the shop 15 minutes AFTER they closed. Damion looked at my out of town plates and my 2 kids and said "Man i can't leave you stranded". He proceeded to hook the car up to the scope, diagnose the problem and had parts on the way before I even knew what was happening. Then he told me to go get a bite to eat and he wold call me when he was finished. The call came before we even ordered our lunch.



I don't typically write reviews, but the level of service I received was beyond extraordinary and if my review gets Damion 5 dollars more business it was worth it, although I am hoping for much more!!
