It employs less than 100 workers at its manufacturing location in Milwaukee. The company s history dates back to 1917 when Charles S. Moomy opened Carlisle Tire and Rubber Company in Carlisle, Pa. It is a subsidiary of Carlisle Companies Worldwide, a publicly traded manufacturing company.
