Provided by YP.comWorst meal I've had in a long time. Waited at least a half hour between our appetizers/salads and our entrees. People who came in after us got their food before we did. The babyback ribs were the toughest I've ever had. I gave the plate back to our waitress and she was kind enough to only charge me for my fries... of which I ate two.
If anyone from the bar reads this.... when you don't have ribs that are ready to serve, just tell us. We can order something else. Also, when you're making homemade fries (and I really hope they were homemade otherwise you royally screwed them up) it's best to soak the potato sticks for a minimum of two hours (three or more won't hurt) in cold water. This helps remove the starch from the outer surface and that means you won't have a floppy pile of greazy potatoes. Instead, you'll have real french fries : )
Lastly, when you serve a customer a plate of food that they give back to the waitress and say they want nothing to do with, don't act like you're doing them a favor by "only" charging them for the fries they didn't eat either. That would have been the difference between me saying, "well, the cook had a bad night" and "well, I'm never going back there again".
