Pauline's Cafe provides an upscale decor and cuisine in a dining area where you will enjoy rich cherry paneling, an intimate Cherry bar, custom oak tables. Please join us for Lunch Monday - Saturday 11:30 - 2:00, Sunday Brunch 11:00 - 2:00 and Dinner Sunday - Thursday 5:00 - 9:00 and Friday or Saturday 4:30 - 9:30. Pauline's also offers Private rooms for your family or business group gathering. We can comfortably accommodate a small group of 12 or a group as large as 40 Executive Chef and owner, David Hoene brings over 20 years of expertise and enthusiasm for cooking to all aspects of the Pauline's dining experience. With David's influence, all menus have been infused with fresh ideas, widely varied ingredients, seasonings, and sauces. Chef Hoene embraces the philosophy of using as many local and regional products as possible. Including not only the more popular Vermont specialties, such as maple syrup and apples, but also cranberries, chevre, cheddar, and blue cheeses, rabbit and free-range chicken, local beef and lamb, pasta, and organic produce.

It is my very favorite dining in Burlington. Your selections change often, the food is always beautifully presented and the veggies are the finest. My visitors love Paulines. Keep up your perfect food please

Best onion soup ever. Pear Gorgonzola Salad was unique & fabulous and not what I expected Excellent. We'll be back James & Kathie
My lunch was excellent, and the service was exceptional. I enjoyed the white bean/spinach cakes which were cooked to perfection with a wonderful sauce. The ambiance is casual at the same time as being classy. I will definitely return for lunch and dinner. Sally
